Higashi Ward extends from "Oasis 21" in the west to "Vantelin Dome" in the east, and is an area where the Sakuradori Line and Meijo Line, and the JR Chuo Main Line and Meitetsu Seto Line from Ozone Station can be used.

According to Mr. Kurashige, former BOYS AND MEN member and president of Izumi Real Estate, Shirakabe and Chikaramachi were areas with many large samurai residences during the Edo period, and due to their remnants, they have been favored by the wealthy for generations. Mizuho Ward is a highly convenient area where the subway Sakuradori Line, which goes directly to Nagoya Station, and the subway Meijo Line, which goes directly to the city center Sakae, intersect. It is a safe city with the lowest crime rate among Nagoya's 16 wards for 12 consecutive years.

It extends from Nagoya Castle Station on the Meijo Line in the north to Kanayama Station in the south, with the Horikawa River flowing in the west, and near Chigusa Station in the east.
