ExploreNagoya is a web service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by CBC TELEVISION CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") . These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all individuals who use the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") from the moment they begin using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance.
