The 10th place in "Aichi's Most Desirable Neighborhoods Ranking" is "Meito Ward, Nagoya City." Real estate agents commented, "It's a convenient and easy-to-live city" and "It has a calm cityscape and is popular with families."

Meito Ward has four stations on the Subway Higashiyama Line, which runs through Nagoya Station and Sakae, and the Linimo, which goes to Ghibli Park, departs from Fujigaoka Station. It also has many highway interchanges, making it easy to access areas outside the prefecture.

According to Taresu Honda of Izumi Real Estate, a former BOYS AND MEN member, the area around Fujigaoka Station is recommended. Tied for 10th place in "Aichi's Most Desirable Neighborhoods Ranking" is "Kita Ward, Nagoya City." Real estate agents commented, "Good public safety, many supermarkets. Recommended for families" and "Easy access to Naka Ward and Nagoya Station. The northern gateway to Nagoya City."

Kita Ward has the Subway Meijo Line running from Meijo Koen Station to Ozone Station, as well as the Meitetsu Seto Line connecting Sakae to Seto City and the Meitetsu Komaki Line connecting to Inuyama City. It's also characterized by good access to areas outside Nagoya City.

"Ghibli Park," which opened in "Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park" in 2022, attracts many tourists from overseas. The park also has free facilities such as playground equipment.

Mr. Kawakami's recommended Nagakute City gourmet is the "Nagakute Curry Bread" from "Ishigama Pan Kobo Avance Nagakute Store," which opened in 2008. They sometimes sell 2,000 pieces a day. They also have over 100 kinds of freshly baked bread available at all times.

Two major parks: a famous cherry blossom spot and a hidden gem

Showa Ward is an area with good transportation, with the Subway Tsurumai Line running east-west, and the Meijo Line and Sakuradori Line, which go directly to Nagoya Station. The appeal of "Nagoya Station, where you can find anything"

Tied for 7th place in "Aichi's Most Desirable Neighborhoods Ranking" is "Nakamura Ward, Nagoya City." Real estate agents commented, "The image of poor public safety has been dispelled, and condominiums and new houses are being built" and "There are people of all ages."

Nakamura Ward extends from Kokusai Center Station on the Sakuradori Line in the east to the Shonai River in the west. Nagoya Station is the busiest station in the Tokai region, with about 1.1 million users per day. There are many vocational schools around the station, with over 25, the most in the city.

According to Mr. Aratani of Style Estate Chuo Branch, the appeal of Nakamura Ward is "Nagoya Station, where you can find anything." There's the department store "JR Nagoya Takashimaya," the movie theater "Midland Square Cinema," eight underground shopping malls, and a rich variety of restaurants.

The west side of Nagoya Station is under construction for the Chuo Shinkansen Linear Motor Car station. It's a city that will continue to evolve.

According to Mr. Aratani, Nakamura Koen Station, about 7 minutes from Nagoya Station on the Higashiyama Line, is also recommended. The average rent for a 1LDK is said to be more than 30,000 yen cheaper than around Nagoya Station. Nakamura Park has a torii gate leading to "Toyokuni Shrine," the birthplace of Hideyoshi Toyotomi.

Mr. Aratani's recommended Nakamura Ward gourmet is the "Yamakake Udon" from "Teuchi Udon Kato," opened in 2010 by a chef who trained in Kagawa Prefecture, the home of udon. It's near Taiko-dori Station on the Sakuradori Line and is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant.
